We partner with builders through a formal joint venture that brings together complementary capabilities. Prodigy manages the entitlement work, while our builder partner leads construction. Each partnership establishes clear responsibilities, contributions, and participation in project returns, tailored to the property and the parties’ objectives.  From initial feasibility through the entitlement process, we coordinate the work needed to move the project toward construction.

Or, Entitlement Consulting Is Also Available

For builders who prefer a consulting relationship, we can manage the entitlement process on a fee basis. We can serve as your entitlement consultant, coordinating applications, consultants, and agency communications under an agreed scope of services.
